i don’t understand, demi lovato admits about having an eating disorder and self harming and she’s ‘brave’, if i admitted to it i’d just be called an attention seeker.
eating disorders are not:
- cool
- lovely
- hip
- beautiful
- sexy
- fun
- a good way to lose weight
- an exclusive club
they are:
- destructive
- a mental disorder
- horrible
- life-taking
- time consuming
- depressing
- disgusting
- unhealthy
- painful
- and so much more
